Delivery FAQs
Do you require a forklift at the delivery location?
Our delivery trucks are equipped with lift gates and pallet jacks for standard deliveries. For large orders or locations without loading docks, a forklift on-site is helpful but not required. Let us know your site conditions when ordering.
Can you deliver to construction sites or remote locations?
Yes! We regularly deliver to construction sites, farms, oil fields, and remote locations. We just need reasonable vehicle access. For difficult-to-reach locations, please provide GPS coordinates or detailed directions.
What are your delivery hours?
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee. We can accommodate specific delivery windows when scheduled in advance.
How do I track my delivery?
We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and provide an estimated arrival window. On the day of delivery, our driver can call when they are 30-60 minutes out so you can be ready to receive the shipment.
What if I need to reschedule my delivery?
We understand schedules change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to reschedule at no charge. Same-day rescheduling may incur a fee depending on circumstances.
